Margarete Miller supply list:

•papers
•glue
•something to hold your gluebook together such as rings, yarn, or ribbon
•I encourage you to use what materials you already have available to you at home. Particularly for your gluebook, use papers you have. This is the perfect opportunity to use up papers that you don't really like since they will likely be covered over with your collage papers.
•I like using gluesticks for collage, but use whatever glue you are comfortable using. I would not recommend using Mod Podge, however, because there is the risk that your pages might stick together.

Jennifer Penick supply list:

•Glue (I use ModPodge matte, but you can use gel medium or a glue stick, too)
•Scissors
•Boxes
•A few cardboard boxes (flat cardboard, not corrugated), carefully opened and flattened. Find a few possibilities for the project. Smaller format collages could be made on the boxes from butter, cream cheese, cosmetics, art supplies, etc. Larger format collages can be made on empty cracker, cereal, or pasta boxes. And boxes with unusual shapes can be fun, too (such as a long opened-up tissue box).
•Paint
•One or two bold colors of paint (I use acrylic, but watercolor can work, too)
•Small assortment of neutral color collage papers… Think: book pagers, and other bits of paper that are white, beige, or quite light in color.
•Assortment of small pieces of various “bold color” collage papers. These may include papers made from gel plate printing, which work well. All should be roughly in your chosen “bold color” (roughly the same color as the acrylic paint that you will be using). So, for example, if you are using a deep blue shade of acrylic paint, make sure that your variety of collage bits are in a range of blues that are fairly close to your blue.
•White paper
•A few small pieces of scrap paper to paint (to supplement your bold color collage papers).
